40 Years!

As founder of Aalbers Tool & Mold Inc., I am very proud to announce that we have reached our 40th anniversary.

Since our humble beginning back in September of 1982, there have been so many  changes that it would be impossible to list them all. However, one thing that has not changed is the dedication and commitment of the Aalbers’ staff.

As our talented workforce evolved over the years, they have always sought out & encouraged any improvements that would help our quality, timing, and service to our customers.

So, Congratulations to everyone involved in Aalbers Tool & Mold. We would not have made 40 years without you, and we look forward to working with you for the next 40!!!

Doing Our Part

While there are plenty of things to love about plastic such as it’s longevity, low cost, strength vs weight, you can’t turn on the news today without seeing an article on the negative aspects of plastic and the environment. That is why Aalbers has always been committed to doing what we can to limit further damage to our planet. Environmental sustainability is critical to our legacy and the company’s future. Essex Region Conservation Authority recognized our commitment back in 2004 and we are just as committed today as we were then.

Solar Power

Our rooftop solar arrays make us the fourth largest private solar power producer in the city.

High Efficiency Lighting

We have replaced our sodium lighting with high efficient led lighting in all our plants

Tree Planting

We have planted over 1000 trees over the years and will continue to do so to help repair some of the damage the industry has done.

Better Choices

All our petroleum-based lubricants have been replaced with bio-degradable alternatives.

I was impressed with just how well the shop fit our description of a Lead Time Leader
